Whether you are interested in learning an exotic art form or simply in exercise with a playful twist, Belly Dancing is for you. It is a great way to tone and shape your body at any age. Classes are offered for beginner and intermediate levels. Donna has been a Belly Dance teacher for many years. She is skilled in the Turkish, Egyptian and Lebanese style of dance. In addition, she has learned the American Cabaret Style and incorporated each technique into her classes. Lessons will consist of movement definition and refinement, choreographed routines and floor work. Once the basics have been established, lessons will progress to veil, zils and balancing work.
